We liked our 1 night stay. It was in a suburban setting near city centre.

There were lovely staff and amenities for a really really nice stay.

We appreciated hotel's location and rooms.

Loved the place, had a very nice stay in a most convenient location. Our room was not only warm, but also airy with warm beds, a fan, enormous bathroom.

Stayed here with my partner and everything was really good. The staff were happy to help, including the owner. They offered plenty of options for full English breakfast.

The breakfast was gorgeous, the staff was accommodating, the grounds were clean. Nice area, suburban location really close to city centre and the lovely Rowntree park and the Racecourse.

I loved staff and comfort here. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with tea as well as an ensuite bathroom-decent sized.

Everything is great, I truly enjoyed it. Absolutely fabulous unit. The service is friendly, includes free parking.

The breakfast was adequate and overall our stay was such wonderful. We really enjoyed that the hotel was very close to the river, town centre and the rail station. Rowntree park was also easy to reach.

The stay was absolutely really enjoyable. Staff were brilliantly friendly and location was ideal! A super base for a couple of nights in York. The facilities were good and easy to use. Small garden outside.

Truly special view, roomy bar - everything was very clean. I got free upgrade and liked it. Very friendly lobby.

there are reasonable prices in the property. location and staff are ideal, i loved large bed. loft bedroom. easy check-in.

English breakfast was fairly good, staff was polite. They made my stay wonderful. I enjoyed Indian cuisine served here. The hotel was close to the racecourse, the centre and the main town too thanks to its comfortable location.

Room was large and staff EXCELLENT. We were offered suite with television, coffee and complimentary Wi-Fi which were very good. Excellent value for money considering prices in York.

The continental breakfast had plenty of choices. Comfortable beds for a good sleep. We would stay here again, if we come to York.
